Description & Responsibilities:

• Top Level, Sub System and Packaging Development/Manufacturing
• Mechanical and Electro-optical Systems and Components
• Design to Production
• Thermal/Shock Analysis, Life Test
• Failure Analysis (Root Cause Reporting and Corrective Action, Failure Mode and Effects)
• Material Analysis
• Risk Assessment
• Safety, Maintainability and Reliability Tools and Techniques (Fault Trees, Markov Chains, MTBF, MTTR, Weibull Analysis, Monte Carlo Analysis, DOE)
• Producibility, Serviceability
• Mil-Std Requirements
• Reliability Plans
• Self Starter
• Detail Oriented
• Able to work in a fast paced environment on delicate instrumentation
• Flexible working hours (Second Shift availability a plus)
• Position Reports to Electrical and Electronics Engineering Leader

Education: BS in Engineering

Experience: 10 years
