CTW Featured in Oklahoma Daily Article

Catch the Wind, Inc. and the Vindicator® laser wind sensor were featured in an article in The Oklahoma Daily covering the Wind Commerce 2009 conference in Norman, OK this week. Catch the Wind was one of many companies exhibiting at the conference, hosted by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce.

Oklahoma is one of the states where wind project installation and wind energy related jobs continue to grow. According to Kylah McNabb, wind development specialist for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, “Oklahoma is projected to be the No. 2 provider of wind energy in the United States.” As wind power continues to grow in Oklahoma, the integration and use of the Vindicator® laser wind sensor for turbine control will become even more valuable to wind farm owners and operators.
