(TSX-V: CTW), providers of Vindicator® Optical Control Systems (OCS), announced today that it will hold a conference call to discuss its financial results for the first quarter 2012 year on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. ET. In compliance with disclosure requirements for TSX Venture Exchange issuers, the Company will report its financial results on May 23, 2012 after market close.

Catch the Wind Ltd. (TSX-V: CTW), providers of Vindicator® Optical Control Systems (OCS), reported its financial results for the three- and 12-month period ended December 31, 2011. All figures are in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise stated.

“2011 was a year of substantial change for CTW,” said Jo Major, Interim President and CEO of Catch the Wind, Inc. “We have made many critical changes that have put the Company in a much better position, both operationally and financially, than at anytime in its history.
