Senior HW Engineer – High Speed Digital, FPGA

CTW is seeking a senior HW Engineer to fill an open position in its product development team to work on system design and projects integrating high speed digital and electro-optic modules.

This is a senior role, requiring an advanced Electrical Engineering degree, at least 8-10 years of industry experience, and specifically extensive experience in analog and high speed digital design including FPGA design, full system integration, etc. Additional experience with DSP and RF design, is also desired, but is not a firm MUST have.

Those with Xilinx FPGA experience are preferred, specifically Virtex-6 families, Xilinx ISE tools including synthesis, simulation, place and route, timing closure, etc.

PCB layout, Schematic Capture, and Board level Debugging should also be nothing new to you.

We are a small, but growing and stable team and we need this person to be able to communicate effectively to team members and engineering managers at all levels and among many different disciplines. This is not a sit in the corner and do “your part” of the system design position.
