Senior Photonics Engineer

CTW is seeking an experienced photonics engineer to fill an open position in its product development team.

The engineer will be assigned a broad range of responsibilities associated with product development, transfer to production and support, spanning several product lines of field deployable LIDAR systems. Overseeing several projects and customer installations, the engineer will also be called upon to act as technical liaison and provide application specific support in collaboration with the end users forming a world-wide customer base.

The candidate should preferably have a minimum of 10 to 15 years experience in the field of photonics with a strong background in fiber lasers and amplifiers, active and passive photonic devices, classical optics, as well as system integration. Self-motivated individuals with excellent communications and interpersonal skills will be favored.
